Harbours

From port expansions and quay renovations to the construction of new ports under difficult conditions. Our experience with ports and water engineering ranges widely.

Port projects in the Faroe Islands and Greenland

Ports are the lifeblood of fishing, trade and tourism in the Faroe Islands. We are proud that for many years we have helped build and strengthen the infrastructure that keeps our ships and economy afloat.

In addition to a large number of port projects in the Faroe Islands, we have also built a completely new port for a mining project in Greenland.

From raw rocks to deep water and strong currents, our experienced staff master the special challenges associated with constructing and optimising ports.

Construction in water:

Piers, quays and access roads

We build and renovate piers and quays that can withstand demanding weather conditions, and are also responsible for excavation and dredging.

A good port also requires good infrastructure on land. We also build roads, parking lots and storage spaces that support logistics and activities at the port.

Our experienced staff ensures that planning is top-notch, and with our extensive equipment, we can manage port projects from sketching to ship calling.
